As a general rule, users who consult the National Repository of Science and Technology will be able to analyse, print, and use its content and information freely and without charge, in accordance with the provisions on Open Science of the Science and Technology Law, unless it is expressly stated otherwise or the content is not accessible.
All intellectual or artistic works contained in the National Repository of Science and Technology can be consulted for personal, research, educational or cultural purposes. The commercial use, the use for profit, or any other use of the intellectual or artistic works is strictly prohibited without the respective consent of its owner or in the case in which treaties, laws or the respective dispositions say so indicate.
Unless stated otherwise, the contents in the National Repository of Science and Technology do not represent an official position on the part of the National Council of Science and Technology or any entity of the Federal Government. The contents in the National Repository of Science and Technology are disseminated as published by their respective owners, without any guarantee or positioning of any kind.
The National Council of Science and Technology denies responsibility in any way for the illicit origin of its contents, nor for any users’ misuse given to the consulted contents, thus abusing of the Open Science rules in the Science and Technology Law. The National Council of Science and Technology does not recognize any responsibility for the payment of royalties or any other pecuniary obligations in the execution of its powers and obligations, which derive from the Open Science rules in the Science and Technology Law, and its organic legal instruments.
In case the contents of the National Repository of Science and Technology contradict the official regulations of the National Council of Science and Technology, the normativity in www.conacyt.mx and in the Federal Government portal www.gob.mx is the one that will prevail in its application.
