Open Science Policy

Open Science is the actions whose objective is to increase and facilitate the access to scientific research, materials and information resulting from these processes, which have been financed with public resources.

In Mexico, the open science policy has six fundamental programs:

• I. Journals Program
• II. National Consortium of Scientific and Technological Information Resources
• III. Repositories Program
• IV. Public Communication of Science Program
• V. Integrated System of information on Scientific Research, Technological Development, and Innovation
• VI. Connectivity Program
