Análisis de factores de riesgo estructurales y culturales que inciden en el contagio del virus del papiloma humano (VPH) en la etapa adolescente, cuando inician la vida sexual a edad temprana tales como alcoholismo y tabaquismo, problemas alimentarios, educativos y pobreza. Objetivo: alertar sobre conductas de riesgo cómo: falta de higiene y de auto cuidado, debilitamiento del sistema inmune, carencia o uso inadecuado del preservativo, diversidad de parejas sexuales e infecciones de transmisión sexual; favoreciendo la instalación de los virus de papiloma humano en genitales de ambos sexos. Material y métodos: investigación básica de fuentes documentales, comprende la revisión de artículos científicos, incluye fuentes estadísticas que permiten un acercamiento social al problema de salud de los adolescentes provocado por el contagio de virus de papiloma humano en las relaciones sexuales, desde una perspectiva social, cuyos Resultados y reflexiones expresan la necesidad de que los jóvenes cuenten con información, y formación derivada de la educación para la salud, acorde a sus aspiraciones para la construcción de un plan de vida sin contingencias innecesarias de salud reproductiva atendiendo a las medidas de prevención.

Analysis of risk factors, structural and cultural, that influence the contagion of human papilloma virus -in the adolescent stage- as the beginning of sexual life at an early age; alcoholism, smoking, eating problems, education and poverty. Goal: warn of risk behaviors of the adolescents as lack of hygiene and self-care, weakening of the immune system, missing or inappropriate use of condoms, and diversity of sexual partners and sexually transmitted infections; favoring the installation of the human papilloma virus on the genitals of both sexes. Material and methods: is basic research of documentary sources, includes the review of scientific articles, statistical sources that allow a social approach to the health problem of adolescent caused by infection the human papilloma virus in the sexual intercourse, with social perspective, whose results and reflections start from the need for young people have information and formation derived from the health education that considers the aspirations of them in the construction of a life plan, not be impeded by contingencies derived from unnecessary risk in their reproductive health.
