"Mascotas y accesorios is a mexican small business company involved in a 44 per cent growing pets' market; however, it is not growing at the same speed. The present investigation provides a strategy based on the blue ocean's principles (Kim & Mauborgne, 1984) that contribute to creating a new way to development, surveillance and also create ways to attend new markets' possibilities. This investigation is founded on qualitative research using Soft System Methodology (SSM, Checkland & Scholes, 1994) as the main method, in addition to taking the blue ocean's procedures to creating strategies.The result shows a new way that mascotas y accesorios can create their own way to success and expansion."
