"The treatment with fungicides protects the physiological and sanitary quality of the seeds, being necessary to know the effectiveness and appropriate doses to ensure their effectiveness during storage, the effect of three commercial fungicides on seeds of Pinus greggii Engelm was evaluated. and Pinus montezumae Lamb. stored at two relative humidity (RH) and temperature of 5 ° C for 180 days. The research was conducted in the CCDTS of the UAAAN; The seeds were provided by CONAFOR, the treatments applied consisted of three Captan and Manzate fungicides at three doses 0.75, 1.0 and 1.25 g ia / kg, Zio with 0.8, 2.0 and 4.25 g ia / kg plus one control, for each species they prepared four repetitions of approximately 50 seeds for relative humidity (60 and 80%) for each monitoring performed at 0, 30, 60, 90, 120, 150 and 180 days. The variables evaluated for physiological quality were: first germination count (1CG), seed moisture (HS), normal seedlings (PN), abnormal seedlings (PA), dead seeds (SM), hard seeds (SD), average length of hypocotyl (LMH) and radicle (MRL), dry weight (PS), for sanitary quality the following were evaluated: Fungus-free seeds (SLH) and fungal genera (GH). A completely randomized experimental design with factorial arrangement by species was applied, the comparison of means was according to Tukey (P <0.05) in the R studio statistical program. The results showed that the physiological quality of the seeds of each species was affected by time, RH and fungicide. The HS increased by an average of 10.29% for P. greggii in PN reached 22.17%, for P. montezumae the HS was 13.20% and PN 42.48%; At 60% RH, the highest amount was presented in 1CG, PN, PA, LMR, LMH and PS; at 80% there were more HS and SM; after 1CG, PN, LMH, LMH and PS decreased, showing greater involvement in P. greggii, increasing the SM, PA and HS; the fungicides formed the same statistical group, the witness was the one who generated the greatest amount in 1CG, PN, PA, LMR, LMH and PS, being lower in HS and SM, this behavior was for both species; for doses there were no significant differences; in SLH P. greggii obtained 91.5% and P. montezumae 87.89%; for GH, the highest incidence was Penicillum spp., followed by Fusarium spp., Alternaria Spp., Rizhopus spp. and Aspergillus spp., the presence of Fusarium spp. It was the same for both species; in Penicillum spp. and Alternaria spp. with 6.48% and 2.63% P. montezumae was higher than P. greggii (3.29% and 1.24%), however for Aspergillus spp. and Rizhopus spp. P. greggii was the one who generated the highest values with 0.38 and 1.06% respectively. In spite of reducing the incidence of fungi in the seeds, the storage conditions did not cause favorable effects since the generation of normal seedlings decreased after the storage time"
